| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.com As Basil Bunting wrote about Ezra Pound's Cantos, "There are the Alps... you will have to go a long way round/if you want to avoid them." Led Zeppelin's work is the central fact of 1970s rock & roll; in its loving homage to and shameless piracy from the blues, its glorious and wretched excess, its transformation of hippie and folk-rock graces into a foundation-shaking kaboom, and its offhanded myth-making, the band turned everything caught in its wake into a reaction to it--or against it. The three non-album tracks the box includes are grace notes rather than lost jewels, but the point of the set is to be a Rosetta stone of album rock, the stairway to a gaudy paradise that they constructed. --Douglas Wolk
Product Description Big enough for Led Zeppelin's towering sound, this 10-CD box set collects all nine of the legendary band's original studio albums released from 1969 to 1982. Included are: Led Zeppelin I (1969), Led Zeppelin II (1969), Led Zeppelin III (1970), IV (1971), Houses of the Holy (1973), Physical Graffitti (1975) (2CD), Presence (1976), In Through the Out Door (1979), and Coda (1982). A true stairway to heaven for Zep fans, this massive box originally released in 1993 features each classic title with its original album artwork.

Complete Satisfaction April 14, 2010 EDM (North Carolina) Great Collection. Well worth the money. Will put the finishing touches on any Zeppelin collection.
My son is very pleased April 14, 2010 Marie E. Harry (Los Angeles, CA USA) I bought this for my son's birthday; he likes to listen to entire albums so he was thrilled to receive the complete recordings. After borrowing the CD's as he finishes them I have to say the recordings sound great. If you are a big Zepplin fan this is the way to go. The Complete Studio Recordings
a must for Led Zep fans April 14, 2010 Evolut Ion Sbogus If you are a Led Zeppelin fan and do not have the complete studio recordings, you should buy this. The packaging is pretty nice for a set like this, and it comes with the original album info and art just formatted differently than the original releases. The audio quality is good, and if you are a fan, you know the music is great as well.
Forget Compilations - These are the Original Albums! March 3, 2010 B. Holst (Pleasant Hill, CA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you are of my vintage, you likely still have boxes on vinyl LPs in your garage, but have bought digital compliations of your favorite music from the 60's and 70's. I am so happy to have the actual albums now living in my iTunes. A must have collection for any LZ fan regardless of age. And if you can catch it on special (I got for $67 on a gold box deal, it's a sweet deal!
